About the
founder

Over 30 years of overall experience, of which 18 in executive search. Management graduate from BITS Pilani, with intensive exposure in retained executive search in one of the world’s pre-eminent search firms, before setting up Credence Consulting in Mumbai. Prior to search, worked for 12 years in top tier advertising agencies. One of the fortunate few to be formally trained in both advertising and in executive search. Led arguably India’s largest telecom marketing retained search project for Airtel. Avid follower of business, talent management, brands and culture, innovators, most sports. Erstwhile fervid quizzer, and goodish table tennis player. Fan of Arsenal.
