POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Actively conceptualize, design, and produce content which establishes the thought leadership and profile of the School and to build the spirit and reputation of the organisation. Work with the leadership team to develop the strategy and its implementation to meet desired objectives. Take responsibility and manage the studio as an integrated and critical component of the organisation’s growth strategy. Grow the studio by persistently and consistently developing quality and profitable content of international standards that is recognised for its originality and effectiveness. Build Studio execution capabilities (either in-house or through effective partnerships and vendor management) to own and meet the identified priorities across thought leadership, digital learning and marketing efforts, as well as any others which might be required for the purposes of the School. Be the interface (and voice-of) between the different stakeholders (faculty, research centres, scholars, staff, and students) and the Studio team, to ensure smooth functioning. Build, hire, manage and nurture the extended team and resources – from creative, production, editing and broadcast, along with account/ program management – required for delivering against the above priorities. Create/sustain a collaborative and performance-oriented environment with strong systems and processes. Make it a preferred destination for relevant talent. Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the institution’s compliance and business ethics.



HIRING PROFILE:

PG in mass communication/ media studies/ creative writing/ AV production / journalism with 20+ years, of which significant portion should have been at an executive role in broadcast (Channel or Studio or Production House). Must have direct experience as a content creator in the non-fiction space. Must have led multi-functional teams comprising of writers, editors, producers. Robust appreciation of creative, editorial, content creation, production is highly desirable. Solid communication (written and verbal) skills, across multiple levels of stakeholders required. Ability to inspire, mentor, train and manage teams, both direct and extended. Strong interpersonal & persuasive skills, customer orientation, negotiation, networking and influencing. POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Managing overall talent acquisition process, with a team of 15 plus, partnering with HRBPs, hiring managers, (usually senior business heads) to develop recruiting strategies for long/short-term hiring goals across multiple locations and the various lines of business. Managing a high-performing recruiting team to deliver against aggressive hiring targets in a high-growth environment. Effective design and implementation of sourcing strategies at group level and standardising wherever possible. Build a data-driven Talent Acquisition approach, including analytics that provide insight and decision support; and define, develop and implement key recruitment metrics that help drive business results.
