End-to-End recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, hiring and on -boarding tech talent primarily. Working with senior line managers at CEO/ business head level to define talent needs for specific roles, and create the appropriate Job Descriptions. Based on the briefs, devise and apply TA strategy and be involved in selecting and working with the right sourcing channel/ partner to get suitable profiles. Effective review of sourcing partners, including outsourced model, and refresh as and when needed. SPOC for offers with candidates, closing, and keeping candidates suitably engaged. Suitable on-boarding of new hires, along with line managers and senior management, and ensure 100% induction for all new hires. Create a world-class induction kit and manage the induction process. Build talent pipelines. Keeping a keen eye out in the market for critical talent pools, including diversity of talent and new skills. Acting as a source of expertise on hiring best practices, good sources of talent. Managing the right resourcing MIS to key stakeholders. Adhering to compliance procedures and internal/ operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.



Mumbai based qualified professional with 9-12 years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in digitally driven fast paced technology companies. And hired for all technology roles ranging from engineering, CMS, .dotnet, JAVA, UI/ UX, QA, e-commerce. Across levels.This is an absolute must. Rest may be in top tier recruitment firms with digital companies (digital ad agencies in particular) as clients. Must love talent acquisition, above everything else. Must have strong TA and business understanding, and should have demonstrated cross-functional team collaboration abilities. Strong capabilities in using social media, networks and relationships for hiring. Have a high performance orientation and a bias for action. Possess ability to execute with speed and quality and high attention to detail. This role also supports an in house and outsourced partners, and thus needs very strong team and partner management skills. Must be extremely articulate, confident, energetic, composed and mature – with a keen desire to impact the business.
