Looking for a smart, highly driven and proactive strategist, who will head a team that will have expertise in building global brands with a focus on consumer insights.



Responsible for designing and leading the strategy function. This team includes Growth Strategists, Digital Strategists (primarily content and communication blueprint designers) and Social Listening Experts (harnessing the power of unstructured data to fuel insights). The ecosystem that the team operates in bridges insights from the Analytics team, Research and Media teams. Build close relationships with key stakeholders in India- peers in data, media, research, creative and account. And US based account management teams, strategy colleagues and clients. Play anchor on key projects – synthesizing data from myriad sources and arriving at solutions. Will involve global travel.



Top tier MBA with 15-20 years of overall experience. Ideally have around 8 years in advertising strategic planning and the rest in brand consulting/strategy consulting/digital/media firms. Someone who can seamlessly blend brand planning and thinks digitally. Ability to interpret data and research into solid insights and custom program recommendations. Passion for aggressively finding opportunity in data. Large MNC agency experience mandatory. Preference for someone who has handled US based clients extensively. Track record of long-term business relationships. Extremely good leadership, communication and presentation capabilities. Strong collaborative skills. Should be able to work in a highly process driven environment. Deep understanding of the latest digital and marketing tech trends. Must be extremely articulate, confident, energetic, composed and mature – with a keen desire to impact the business.
